One of our partners called in last week looking for a solution to a big problem. His client in New York City was paying $1500 for 100 Mbps fiber (I know, way too expensive). They also signed a contract to upgrade to 1 GIG for $2,700.
They sent in that order 6 months ago, but believe it or not they are still waiting for an install date! So, the client was in contract for the 100 Mbps line and they were already committed to the 1 GIG upgrade.
Using our inside connections, We were able to get their 100 Mbps canceled. Of course, the 1 GIG upgrade was canceled as well.
We were able to find a quality carrier for the 1 GIG service at only $1000 per month, saving them $1,700 per month!
We already have an install date and the client couldn’t be happier. 🙂
